1. Services Offered

Nej’s Mobile Barbering provides mobile barbering services including, but not limited to, haircuts, beard trims, shaving, and grooming consultations. All services are delivered at the client’s chosen location within our service area.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, text, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Please provide accurate details including your name, address, and preferred time.

  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments based on availability or location.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

  • If we arrive at your location and you are unavailable or unreachable, the appointment may be marked as a no-show.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure the location provided is safe, clean, and accessible.

  • Please be ready at the scheduled time. Delays of more than 15 minutes may shorten your service or result in cancellation.

  • Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian during the service.

5. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service.

6. Health & Hygiene

7. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Fails to provide a safe working environment

  • Violates these terms

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care in providing our services, Nej’s Mobile Barbering is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions to products used during services (please notify us of allergies beforehand)

  • Damages arising from misuse of grooming advice or tools after service

  • Accidents caused by unsafe environments provided by the client

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or shared upon request. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
